Tea Tek Group promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, and legality, encouraging responsible behavior aligned with its core values.
In this context, a Whistleblowing Reporting System has been established in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, and EU Directive 2019/1937, enabling employees, collaborators, suppliers, partners, and all stakeholders to report, securely and confidentially, any unlawful conduct, violations of national or EU laws, irregularities, or unethical behavior that may compromise the integrity of the Group or its individual companies, as well as breaches of the Group Code of Ethics and, where applicable, the 231 Model.
The system ensures:
- protection of the whistleblower’s confidentiality and of the information provided;
- the possibility to submit reports anonymously via a dedicated online platform, independent from the Group’s internal IT systems;
- impartial, professional management of all reports in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Through this section, users can:
- consult the documentation related to the Whistleblowing Procedure adopted by each company within the Group;
- access the Whistleblowing platform, available from any device and designed to ensure high standards of security, confidentiality, and personal data protection.
Tea Tek Group guarantees that each report will be handled with the utmost care and in full respect of the rights of all parties involved, as part of its ongoing commitment to integrity and shared responsibility.
